Work Area: I am doing PhD at Said Business School, Oxford University, where I got a master degree in Management Study. My interest is in exploring the global social innovation models and employing the advances in organization theory and strategy to understand and inform the emerging social entrepreneurship (SE) in China. The preliminary research has resulted in several journal and conference articles in the field of organization theory, strategy, and social enterprise. After graduating in Economics, I worked for four years as an auditor at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Beijing and the Beijing representative for a Hong Kong CPA firm. Besides the academic pursuit, I have been working with NGOs and social enterprises from UK, USA, France, Swiss, and China to introduce Chinese grassroots NGOs to the global field of social enterprise, as well as consulting with business enterprises in cooperating with Chinese grassroots NGOs to develop strategic socially-responsible projects.
