Over the last ten years, I have served in a number of capacities at Calvert Social Investment Foundation, including my current role as Director, Strategic Initiatives. In particular, I conceived of and launched Calvert Giving Fund - the socially responsible donor advised fund, helped build the $115 million Calvert Community Investment Note (with a quarter billion dollars invested over this period into 200+ entities globally, all of them nonprofits or social enterprises of one kind or another), and helped launch Calvert Community Investment Partners, an analysis and asset administration group for community development and social enterprise investment, with approximately $50 million under administration. I'm also a Founding Principal in Good Capital, a start-up social enterprise fund management company. I received a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from the University of San Francisco, and spend much of my free time as an advisor to various non-profits, including Social Venture Partners International, where I was a national Board Member, and as a Strategic Advisor to xigi.net, an emergent landscaping environment for the capital market that invests in good.
