Up to GSBI 2008 Exercise 1: Target Market Statement

Locally Manufactured Wind Turbines For Sustainable Rural Electrification in Nicaragua and Beyond

Posted by Mathias Craig at January 31. 2008

Hello there -

I am the Executive Director of blueEnergy.  We've got some much smarter business people than I on our team working on market segmentation and modeling, but I wanted to give it a crack myself.  I don't have an MBA and this is my first time doing this in a formal way to be honest.  I heard a lot about the GSBI at the Tech Awards from James Koch and figured this was my shot at an intensive MBA-like program... probably the best social business training out there in such a compact time frame.

In any case, please find my draft for Exercise 1 attached.

Cheers,

Mathias

Should I continue on to Exercise 2 or wait to hear feedback on my Exercise 1 first?
